For some reason the last 7 songs are lumped into one long track instead of separate ones. I’m afraid I don’t know how to break them up either so you get them too. Its a fine, fun Ricky Skaggs show with lots of killer bluegrass tunes.

As a piece of trivia I’ll add that the guitar player, Paul Brewster is related to me in some way (second cousin or something like that) which is kind of fun.

Bootleg Bonanza: Lucinda Williams – Alternate Car Wheels On A Gravel Road

Lucinda Williams
Alternate Car Wheels on a Gravel Road

Those that know say that Lucinda Williams wrote and recorded her ground breaking, absolutely amazing album Car Wheels on a Gravel Road more than once. The rumor is that she recorded it at least one other time that what we got in the stores, decided she didn’t like it, scrapped pretty much all of it and started right back over. What we have here is those alternate tracks. I think she did right as the final album is much better than this, but this is pretty astounding. Some of the tracks were only slightly tweeked, but others were completely changed. This is an absolute must have for Lucinda fans.
