LB-10912

Recorded by Hurricane62 from approximately 1/3 of the way between the stage and the soundboard (75-feet from the stage?) almost directly in line with Bob’s keyboards (stage-left). This is an excellent recording with great clarity and minimal crowd chatter.

Audio Technica SP-CMC-2 Cardioid Mics -> SP-SPSB-11 Battery Box with Bass Rolloff set at 69 hZ -> Sony PCM-M10 (44.1 MHz/16 bit) with Limiter ON and Low Pass Filter OFF -> WavePad (amp & track splitting) -> converted to .flac using Traders Little Helper (SBE’s fixed, flac level 8)

Typical Dylan show, maybe lacking slightly in energy from the November 2012 performance in the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul (also in circulation an excellent Hurricane62 audience recording). Highlights include Bob’s dedication of “Suzie Baby” to Bobby Vee and a great performance of “Simple Twist Of Fate”.

  1. Yeah this is a good ‘un and also the right source for this show – h62 did a fine job, had another recording but binned it in favour of this one

  2. Comments from a deleted repost:

Thanks for this! Can you tell me if the last five tracks are actually in the download? Have downloaded it twice & I’ve only got 1-14. No big deal if they’re not available, I’d just like to know.

    Hi Mat,
I was wondering if you would happen to have Richard Thompson’s set from this specific show, and maybe be willing to share?
    If not, thanks anyway.
I really appreciate what you do for all of us.

    Sincerely,
    beer

I’m afraid I do not have it. I’ll keep an eye out though.

  3. hi mat, as previously noted in this thread, the flac file lacks the encore. but as noted, they are on the mp3 version. a pretty unusual situation, even in the murky world of bootlegs. if you’ve still got the mp3 version and can post it, that would be great. but f not, then not. you do so much as it is. thanks again for all of it.
