  1. I have two sources for this show. Inadvertently I posted the text file for this version the other day, but the actual music to an older version. The links posted here are for the new source and the information given here matches. Sorry about that.

As noted this is a new source for this show. Jerry Week (the period that falls between the anniversary of Jerry Garcia’s birth and his death) was an especially good one this year. I was actually out of town at the time so I couldn’t really celebrate on the blog but there were a slew of new Jerry and GD shows and sources spread around the torrents. I’ll be posting all that I grabbed over the next couple of weeks.

  2. As countless times before, this upgrade is a major improvement! Your efforts are much appreciated. Jer rips on Freedom Dance!:-) Thanks for making collecting JGB fun!!!

  3. Hey Mat, it appears only the FLAC version, not the MP3 is posted so far. Hopefully that can be corrected.

I’m really pleased you are posting from this new stash. I was just reading about what got released and it appears to be a real treasure. Looking forward to hearing as much as you can share. Thanks for all you do!

  4. Thanks for the fix Mat. As soon as I read about these shows being put in circulation, I knew exactly where I’d be looking for them. You are the man that links us to these shows and your efforts are fully appreciated. From what I’m seeing in the comments here I can’t wait to start listening to this show.

  5. Hi Mat — Thanks for this one but I am having problems with the mp3 download – song order off and some tracks will not download – says ‘download grabber failed’ — maybe on my end………?

  6. Anyone else having problems?

Tom, when did you last try it. I’ve had to reupload this a couple of times due to me screwing stuff up. Would you mind trying it again now? Then let me know exactly what happens.

  7. I had no trouble down loading it but the MP3 file ends with Road Runner. Mystery Train and Dixie are not part of the MP3 file. And Tom is correct, the song list differs from what you’ve typed onto your blog (Think is actually Bossa Nova, two tunes are labeled Freedom Jazz Dance and two are labeled jam and it’s hard to piece together where they belong in the list because the song numbering has two #3’s and two #4’s. The sound is great though!
