NOTE:
G.E. Smith – Guitar “OUT-SICK”
That’s why Neil filled in in the first place then stayed onboard for the next two Bay Area shows as well in Berkeley and Mt. View.
That’s probably the reason for the shorter show?

  1. Interested to hear another source of this ex show. Bought my first one from a bootleg tape trader at the Glastonbury festival in 1989 (the last real one!) when it was Bob’s fresh new band. My first taste of the N.E.T. following the superstar tours of the 80s. You could get things like that at Glasto back in those days, along with interesting cookies ‘with or without’, and other delights. Nowadays you’re more likely to find a Nandos or some city trader groovin’ to some misogynist rapper in tangerine sneakers

  2. A legendary show, as the start of Dylan’s Never Ending Tour, and I am stoked to be able to hear a new source version of it – thank you Mat!
