I would LOVE to have this (Virginia ’75) Clapton boot.

I saw him for the first time on that same tour in June in Knoxville w/ Santana. It is to this day the finest rock concert I’ve ever gone to – EC was ‘on’ that night and it just poured out of him. He played for 2 1/2 hours without stopping – not even for applause! Santana opened with a 1 hr set and then they jammed for 20 mins or so at the end (i have that jam). So I was standing for a total of four hours – but then, it was thirty feet back from center stage.
