Piggies and Honey Pie are on Anthology 3. I haven’t compared them yet. Don’t know if different takes exist.

I thought there were more than 2 trax on Anthology 3 – anyway the anth trax are the same takes but in better qual. All the boot trax/versions come from the same source. Allegedly Lennon’s acetate. None released anywhere else which is surprising. Maybe they don’t have the whole thing in better qual. You’d certainly think there would be plenty of interest in a Beatles ‘Unplugged’ album, anf the performances are plenty good enough

To be honest, anyone looking for these tracks will find many posts in the usual places. I have about 7 or 8 different versions of this stuff. I can’t even find the time to properly evaluate which one is the best. Some are edited, some are not, I guess the Rem Workshop version is likely to be the best, but who knows really. This kind of ‘classic’ material is just too over-posted and too ‘close to the bone’ to be worth the necessary level of investigation!
