Thank you for this special Zappa show!!
This may need a bit of speed correction!? Otherwise an excellent audience recording. Wow.

    3. Poodle Lecture
    4. Dirty Love
    5. Wind Up Workin’ In A Gas Station
    6. Tryin’ To Grow A Chin
    7. The Torture Never Stops
    8. City Of Tiny Lights
    9. You Didn’t Try To Call Me
    10. Manx Needs Women
    11. Titties ‘n Beer
    12. Black Napkins

    14. Honey Don’t You Want A Man Like Me?
    15. Rudy Wants To Buy Yez A Drink

Can’t identify the non-zappa filler tracks. Is the whole set bootleg sourced?

Thank you. It came from my CD collection which means I got it in a trade or more likely a vine from the old Philzone boards. I’ve since lost all pertinent info on it.

Awesome. I love it when that happens. Must have been amazing to have seen Zappa at this stage.

The Music Hall had great acoustics, but I saw some pretty good shows in larger arenas too. I never thought at the time that I’d be able to hear them again. This one’s also on sugarmegs.org. My favorite FZ show was the first one I saw, at New Haven Arena on 10/8/71 with Chuck Berry opening for him. I like to think that that show was the dress rehearsal for the Carnegie Hall shows on 10/10-11, the band lineup and playlist were pretty much the same.
