Thanks to Raoul Duke for the disks!

Tracking note:
There is no d2t06. Not to worry, a song was not left out, it’s all
here. The original encoder must have inadvertenly skipped over that
number when labeling the tracks. I didn’t catch it until I was
finished with my processing and decided it wasn’t worth the trouble to go back in and fix it.

Comments:

I asked Rob why the start of “St. Stephen” was missing and this is what he told me:
“Bob Menke, Reinhardt (Hohlwein) and I were all taping out of my mics; since Bob
and Rhino had seats a couple of rows in front of me they had the mics. Just before
“St Stephen”, Ramrod came down the aisle, saw the mics, and busted Bob and Rhino,
taking their decks and tapes but leaving them with the mics. Mike Johann and
Sandy Troy were in the row between us, and managed to get the mic cables run back
to me. By the time I had plugged them in, St Stephen was already started; if you
listen really carefully, I think you can still hear Ramrod talking to Bob and Rhino
after I had started taping again.”

Notes:
– I have patched in some crowd/tuning segments for continuity purposes using shnid 10378
– Thank you Raoul Duke and Matt Vernon.
– This source does not have any dropouts in “Mississippi Half-Step” and “Drums” is complete.

Thanks to Rob Bertrando for a great recording and his assistance with pitch correction.
Thanks to Matt Smith for a fine transfer.
Thanks to Jimmy Warburton for making his copy available.
