I spent the last ten days or so at the in-laws. It was a nice visit but I’m glad to be home. Because of the Grateful Dead ripping project I was able to upload a bunch of shows before I left and WordPress allowed me to post them ahead of time in a schedule so that shows got posted every day even if I wasn’t paying any attention. That is a great feature though it does throw me off as people start commenting on shows I forgot were being posted.

Anyways this will continue to happen for a week or so and they will continue to use Mega. However as I am home now I will start uploading new shows and posting them. I’m gonna start running through the suggested file hosting sites. Probably I’ll use one for a couple of days to try it out and then use another and another going through the list comparing the good and bad. Please do let me know how they work as downloaders. Hopefully we can make the best decision for us all.

  1. Great stuff, interesting looking show and you continue to plug the gaps in my Dead collection. I see we’re onto ’74 too, I was waiting for the ‘wall of sound’ to make an appearance

  2. The Porchester shows are some of the first boots I ever got. Great stuff.

The dates are gonna be a bit mixed up now. I had laid them all out chronologically on my guest bed. then I wound up sleeping on the guest bed for some reason (probably the wife snoring, but don’t tell her I said that) and the disks got shuffled. Don’t care to re-reorganize so I’m gonna post them as they come. Maybe it is more fun that way.
