    interesting to hear the differences between the July shows and those from march. Both are great, the erlier shows have a more intimate folky feel to the arrangements. This is particularly noticable with the acoustic trax at the start of the shows which sound as if they could have been recorded in a small thatre or folk club. By July the sound has become more roots rock and closer to the arrangements we got in europe later in the year.

    Also interesting to hear Larry promoted from the ‘other guitar’ in the band introductions, swapping places with Charlie.

    Bob clearly rates Charlie as he keeps going back to him, makes it stranger that he is buried SO FAR back in the mix in the recent tours

    Anyway lovin’ them all
