  1. Interesting but flawed tour leg – ‘Ragged but (not always) right’! to draw a comparison with Neil’s Crazy Horse renaissance from this same period. Not close to the focus or precision of 12 months earlier. Summed up by Bob using the final night of his prestigious NY Beacon residency to audition for a new guitarist!

    Some nice moments however and the raw loose arrangements work well for some numbers, most notably the acoustic numbers

    • Hey Dave, still trying to figure out how to best get the three of us together for our shared Van Morrison obsession. My friend created a Google Group to help out. Not sure if you want to join up with Google though. You could create a fake Google account to keep some privacy I guess. Let me know if that doesn’t work for you.

      I tried to create a private post on this blog but it still posts a public post only with an indication that its private and makes you enter a password. That could still work for us but would no doubt pique everyone’s curiosity. In the two seconds I had it posted it still garnered a comment from someone asking how to get in.

      Any thoughts are appreciated.
