(cd3 is an 80min), CSB>D8 DAT>PC>CDR; excellent sound, behind the stage facing rear speakers; taper got bumped between track 1 and 2 on disc 1 and mics got disconnected for a few seconds, ongoing very annoying talking on Phil set while Dylan set relatively quiet;
Thank you for this! I was at this show. In case people don’t realize – Warren Haynes was playing with Phil. Derek Trucks was the other guitarist. The opening jams (to me it was 1 long jam) were excellent. My ex- wife was mortified. This was the worst case scenario in seeing this show for her. She needed more mainstream songs and anything but a 20-25 minute jam to open Phil’s set. Then Dylan comes on and opens obscure with I am the man Thomas and then Song for Woody. I was in heaven with the set list and again, she was mortified. I highly recommend this show.
That’s awesome. My wife would have been the same.
I remember being on the floor for this show
My feet were so cold
You could feel the ice underneath
Thankfully the music was hot
I love it when I can share a show somebody went to. I’ve never been cold at a show, but I’ve been plenty sweaty 🙂
