Notes from Mat:
Listening to LB-5640
Sound is quite good.
Jokerman opener is well played with some nice guitar work at the end.
Senor is very good, again with a nice little jam at the end.
All Along the Watchtower starts out strong and doesn’t let up. It gets really wild in the last two minutes.
Positively 4th Street is great. There is a funny moment in the recording where someone loudly complains about someone else talking on the phone. We can’t hear the phone talker but the complainer is picked up loud and clear.
Tangled Up In Blue is Fast, Bob can’t get the words out fast enough.
In the Garden is powerful.
Queen Jane Approximately has a very cool laid laid-back feel.
Maggie’s Farm is loud and blustery.
Overall, a very good show. Pretty much every song is great. If I didn’t specifically mention it I either wasn’t overwhelmed or I was distracted and forgot to say something.
That’s because I screwed up. I had the link to this shows but accidentally copy and pasted the info for the 05/05 show. I have not yet uploaded the 5/5 show to my Amazon drive and thus cannot share it. When I realized my mistake I deleted the post.
