Many thanks to the taper and artworker.
This was the first show of the U.S. swing and Van surprised the crowd with new band members and I would say he had the crowd won over quickly with songs not heard for years.He wowed them with Into The Mystic followed by Saint James. He then did Real Real Gone with a little bit of You Send Me and topped it of with Stoned Me
and Bright Side where he actually is funny when he says Pickett Wilson to the new banjo player. Followed later by a very nice version of Rough God which the crowd eats up.

After working on all 5 shows from the recent U.S. swing this is my favorite show in regards to
setlist and Van’s performance.
