Our little chat about Jack White in the Raconteurs got me thinking about this set. You can see from the setlist it is a compilation of various things. It is something like a rarities/b-sides set of songs all done live of course. Sound quality varies from great to close to poorly. If you dig him though, this has some cool stuff.

Converted from my CDR collection. – Mat

    Interesting

Thinking of mp3 collections, Mat did you remember to get your annual 30 days of Dead fix. I nearly forgot myself, then found a single d’l link on the dead_net site

Saw the single links, haven’t yet remembered to grab it after midnight.

Grabbed 30 days when it was first posted. Well worth the 30 days I hung out waiting.

  2. Very cool. I had the good fortune to see White Stripes in 2005. They ripped threw 32 songs in 2 hours. Worth every penny. Meg looked really sexy playing drums. They weren’t together for long after that. The opening band, the Greenhornes, would later become the Raconteurs.

    1. That’s very cool. I saw Jack White in Jackson, Tennessee several years ago. That’s a tiny little city about halfway between Nashville and Memphis. I have no idea why he played there but it was a rockin’ show.
