  1. Goodness, it’s a shame to have all those tracks omitted. The version I have has them all – it’s not FLAC though.

    I recommend Take Out Some Insurance – magnificent version. He says he’s playing it for his father, who’s in the audience (his father was an insurance salesman,) Then a bit later he says his mother’s there too – but she’d been dead for 13 years.
