Essentiak kistening and effecctively the strack of the BBC film I was bangin’ on about a while back. Essential listening and viewing too, never broadcast again but one of the best music films ever made – JTT’s transfer from VHS was posted here
http://www.guitars101.com/forums/f146/dvdfull-van-morrison-1991-03-16-london-uk-pro-shot-152560.html#post1057426
warning – for some reason DVD was authored with lossy AC3 sound?? JTT’s work is otherwise perfect in most cases. If only i’d had a stereo VHS at the time i could now author my vhs master with proper pcm. This material really deserves lossless, whether you want the pictures or notm but always seems to circulate lossy
Anyway listen and judge for yourself
I might even have this boot in lossless somewhere, will have a look, from memory i don;t think the audio source was all that great for this version however.
Thanks for this Mat!
