–The lineage for this recording remains uncertain. Many copies,
including the source for these shns, are listed as SBD>MR>PCM>D>CD.
However, Eaton lists this show as SBD>MC>C>D>CD. Therefore, this
show was likely mastered on cassette, and this recording sounds as
if it has one analog generation, plus or minus a possible PCM generation.
