  1. Hi,
sorry in different circumstances i would have emailed, you know the rest

Any chance you could put in a req for a repost of this one. I;ve stuck one on the g101 page, not sure if he reads that, need a google a/c. FF gives ‘error code 251′
You really need all 4 vols of these epic club gigs, sup playing, setlists and really ex sound. You will find the other 3 vols on the preceeding page of Plumdusty’s blog. vol 3 is abs fine, v1 & 2 have a some corrupt FLACs – I have repaired these with TLH and Audacity and re-exported them and now they play fine. have these on an ext drive, i’ll up ’em for you from a clean machine if you want ’em

Really can’t believe one of the big boot labels hasn’t taken these, given ’em a polish and made a ‘definitive’ 10 CD boxset. Highly recommended

Also on Plumdusty home page – 2 epic ‘Pink Panter’ 78 tour compls Europe and US ( sept oct). FF has got real mean with free users just recently, throttled bandwidthto 50kb/s. They are up in 1gb chunks, so, if you still have your a/c, many would be v grateful i’m sure

  2. This looks ‘intersting’ at the very least. I’ve heard most of the (mostly shambolic) unrehearsed Bob Van duets. This however is a new source and poss also a new gig for me. Maybe i should hide behind the sofa, Bob plays (Sir) Cliff in his ’91 voice/form.

In any case should be a upgrade on the usual nth gen commercial compl boots on which you usually find these kinda things

  3. Thanks Mat, I’m on a bit of a 96/97 Neil/Horse kick at the moment, as you may have guessed?

Of course it was well featured in the ex live anthol set you posted a while back. Of all the gigs with CH the club gigs are always the most special and typically well recorded too.

‘Ragged but right’ is the expression i believe!
