From the original uploader:

I didn’t plan on going to see Van this time around. I was in contact with
a fellow taper coming in from out of town. His mics were broken and out for
repair so I offered up my backup rig for the 4 Van shows. We met before the
first Fox Theater show and gave him a crash course on the rig. He mentioned
he had an extra for the last show but I said I was going to pass based on the
cost of the ticket and a busy schedule. Since he was leaving early Wednesday
it was up in the air how we would deal with him getting me my gear back but we
left it open. He offered me the ticket as a thanks for loaning the gear out.
I was dealing with an issue where the offshore support team blew up the
application I was working on so I had time to go and we met in SF. I was running
my low profile rig since my primary pre-amp was being repaired and he was running
my backup. Easy night of taping and a relaxing and fun show. First time at the
venue and I liked how easy it was. The first 3 Van shows will be shared as well
once I get the files.

  1. Love it! Thanks a lot for this, Mat… and I hope the other shows from 2017 referred to in the text might appear here too – thanks for all you do!
