All recordings are from DAT, none from Bootleg. All shows from each leg are represented. The songs have been ‘re-balanced’ for loudness so that the songs flow smoothly. The transitions between songs have been blended for smoothness as well.

Anyway, you know, Iím from the States I come from someplace called the Midwest. I figure if I had come from the South I’d probably either killed somebody or been killed by this time. All right. Anyway, you know Tennessee Williams he died in a hotel room in New York City. He was one of Americaís great artists appreciate it. In fact people are doing now today much far worse things than he ever did and theyíre making lots of money cash. Iím writing a song about another guy. I wrote this one a while back because I figured he deserved it. He deserves something, he didnít get anything at all when he was alive, thatís for sure. And just like Tennessee Williams, there are people now who are much further than he did, but he laid his body down for them. (before Lenny Bruce)

People are asking me about my songs You know, because there comes a time when people have to be put in their place, ain’t that right? It even happens to me once in a while. And I’m glad when, when someone puts me in my place. Cause sometimes, that needs to be done. Anyway this here is a song about somebody else that I figured I just had to put in his place.
