comments: not sure why, but cd3 progressed painfully slowly through eac processing. i left eac extracting cd3 overnight and woke up to a notice saying that windows had downloaded some fixes and rebooted (thanks Bill!) so there is no log file for cd3. BUT cd3’s extracted wavs sound good and the flacs decoded without errors.
the info i got at olof’s site (edited below) seems to match the disks.
scans of copied artwork included. thanks to Simon for the loan many moons ago.

It is not clear to me that the master in this case is a cassette; it may be the PCM (VHS hi-fi)of the “Amy Boards” that circulate from spring ’85. In any case, this was the lineage noted, and the quality is very clean.

There is a stunning jam after China Doll, complete with tape flip at 11:42.

If anybody knows about a SBD of set 1, please get in touch. The first set of this show is excellent, and includes one of the most monstrous versions of “Candyman”
I’ve heard.
