not that it matters one iota, but the venue is in Kansas. the band started hitting Missouri venues a couple of years later as seating demands grew.
it was my first Dead show in the KC area…
From a year where they had a steady momentum of stellar performances i am glad i caught them several times that year, vague but fond memories with the High School crowd , we hit the East coast spring tour heavy then Raceway Park when we graduated as seniors!
Oh wow. 1977 is my favorite year of the Dead. I’m so jealous you got to see them then.
