I was there. Was a rough show. I believe it was the start (or close it) for their reunion tour and Art’s voice was just cracked. I remember at the end of Bridge Over… he shrugged at the crowd by way of apology for his voice going out at the high notes. Sad. I don’t think they played too many shows after this, but I really enjoyed it. Then again, I don’t care about voices, whether they’re in great shape or aging naturally.
Thanks for the memories. I can see how some of those high notes would be difficult for Art now that he’s much older.
