There are three LB numbers assigned to this date (LB-1409, LB-1743, and LB-6049) and they all appear to come from the same source (ref. jokerman.org). It is sometimes described as a DAT recording; other times, a minidisc recording. If you have the show, then you almost certainly have one of these LB numbers, and so you don’t need to worry about different LB numbers in this case.

I posted the SHN fileset for LB-1743 earlier this year, and it is now off the tracker. This is fixed LB-1409. I don’t believe LB-1409 has been ever posted here, or at least since ’06.

(LB-1409 has extra RIFF chunks so I fixed them, ref. shntool_len_fixed.txt. So a new md5 file was generated.)
