Wave Repair 4.9.3 to fix short gaps on audience cheer falling after a couple of tracks [see DFF] and a few clicks across mostly at 00:13 [previous indexes?] on tracks 1/2, 1/4, 1/15, 1/18. Removed click on 1/4 at 00:51 and 1/13 at 3:00. Minor noises at some track transitions removed. Removed long leading/trailing digital silence at start of CDs > FLAC
