Fixed LB-1219
There are a lot of LB numbers but likely only two sources: LB-0422, LB-1219, LB-3730, B-7094, and LB-8251 are the same – and LB-9060 is another.
Blindwilly posted LB-9060 in Nov. ’13. Before that, knockingman posted LB-7094, also called “Don’t Turn A Slow Waltz Into Techno,” which includes a bunch of bonus tracks, in March ’12. shinsuke posted a SHN > WAV > FLAC conversion of LB-1219 (cb master) in ’05.
If you have the cb master or one of its many variations, then you probably are good here. The variations appear to sound better or worse, or have more errors and flaws or fewer. For most, it’s a draw. I just prefer LB-1219 of the lot. LB-9060 comes in sixth place for me.
The problem I have with LB-1219 is that the track labeling is not according to DIME standards and the headers have extra RIFF chunks. I hate too many RIFF chunks. So I fixed everything and converted it all back to SHN. I did not monkey with the audio otherwise. So if you are fond of the warm, dulcid tones of this version, they are still here.
