I got on the Bus summer in 76′. We hit the east coast Spring tour hard. This and 4/22 are standouts for me.An excellent way to close the first set with the recently paired Scarlet>Fire An excellent H>S>F to say the least in the second set. Ah to be in my late teens filled with Lyseric vibes and a crew to tour with again,,,the music always brings me back….

I’ve listened to this a few times now…
it’s fantastic – when a matrix really works, you can’t
beat it.
It’s not just the sound of the crowd – though that is
great in itself, especially to hear Jerry get a cheer for
a good solo.
But also you get a better feel for the actual music as it
was played….
EG, Sugaree here – Phil’s bass lurches around like
a big-footed monster, while Jerry’s guitar solos glide
and soar on the waves of sound.
Personally I think there’s a lot of official picks could really
have done with a (small) dose of AUD to liven them
up a bit!
Many thanks again for sharing.
(BTW, I’ve been having a bash at doing a matrix myself
with Dick’s Picks 20 for the soundboard – man, it is not as
easy as you would think…. I’ll probably have to give it up).
