this particular taper incurred the wrath of the dh Dylanolgists for refusing to send them copies ASAP
he laughed at their demands as he didnt know them from a hole in the ground.

The zip file also includes a folder and 7 tracks from Kenny Wayne Shepherd. But he was only 19 years old in 1996, so I doubt he was the opening act for Bob’s October 27, 1996, Austin show.
But he did open for Van Halen in 1998, so…. ?
I have no idea why that was included, nor do I have any info to accompany it. Etree says he did play Austin City Limits on 10/28, but I don’t know his music well enough to know if it lines up.
