This gets a HELL YES rebel yell from me – what a dream set list. Frankly, I wish bands would do this more – drop the curtain of having to play your own hits, and just have fun with covers. I saw them in Atlanta a week after this on the Dylan tour; their show that night was great too, but this looks even better. Thanks again, Mat!
They’ve actually semi-officially released this through their website. I assume its a sound board copy, but I’ve yet to get it. Definitely on my list. This decent audience recording is tons of fun.
I imagine a few people were pissed they they came for a Wilco show and got nothing but covers, but I’m with you, this is crazy awesome.
thanks for the show!
