Comments: Here is a really nice recording of Eric and Mark back from 1988.
We were in the 1st row of the upper deck, near center…nice sound for this arena that had been opened up a month at that point in time. This has neverbeen traded and is uncirculated.

Comments:

Here is our recording from Neil’s Bluenotes tour from the newly opened
Palace in Auburn Hills, Michigan…about half hour or so from Detroit…75 miles
or so from Bay City, Mich. We had seats for the upper section, 1st row…however,
when we arrived they had that area curtained off. So we were allowed to go sit
anywhere we wanted. We went down somewhere near the soundboard, where we found an
area suitable for recording well. About 10 seconds before the intro, one of the
guards comes up to us and asks if we would like to move closer as there were plenty
of seats nearer the stage. We kindly let him know we were very happy seated where
we were at, and he left, I pushed record, missed the first few seconds of the
opening song. The band introductions were not recorded as we had to adjust the mics,
otherwise it’s complete. Recording came out well. Also, Joe Walsh with his red
guitar showed up for the last encore. Enjoy!
