http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/showthread.php?t=106745 (Schoeps CCM4 > Aerco > D100 > DAT) (non-active torrent)

http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/showthread.php?t=114079 (Nyquist Omnis > Sony TCD-D7 DAT) (1st song cuts in)

This comes from the same taper that recorded the previous day, which I just uploaded here.

You might remember that I also uploaded the Nyquist Omni source in Nov 2014.

I haven’t heard the Schoeps CCM4 source.

It’s possible that this new torrent is another copy of the Schoeps source.

It’s also possible that this is a new source altogether.

If anyone can compare and tell me, I’d appreciate it.

This was shortly after Bill Berry’s departure and the release of their first post-Berry album Up.

They didn’t tour this album so their headliner appearances at these Bridge School benefits was a big deal at the time.

Several songs get their live debut here, including Neil Young playing lead guitar on “Country Feedback.”

This also includes last song from his set, which has REM joining in.

Thanks goes out to Rich for collecting and providing the this DAT source.

(*) With Neil Young

01 Ambulance Blues (*)
02 Losing My Religion
03 New Test Leper
04 Country Feedback (*)
05 Daysleeper
06 At My Most Beautiful
07 Electrolite
08 Everybody Hurts
09 Man On The Moon

OldNeumanntapr Notes:
Taping was allowed at this show but I asked not to bring in my microphone stand, so the Nakamichi’s had to go on a T-Bar and be hand held throughout the show. The old Cuesta College Auditorium had such great acoustics, having been built on the old campus during World War Two.
Sadly, it was deemed not to be worth retrofitting for earthquake standards and is slowly falling into decay. I included a photo that i took of the building in 2018.
