Known Flaws:
-d1t06 – The Race (Bob’s mike cuts in suddenly at the very beginning)
-original text file lists a cut in Brokedown at 4:34, but after listening
through the entire song I couldn’t find any break at all.]

Contributor:
Thanks to Dr. Bill Golden for making this great show available.

EAC, SHN extraction and etree seeding done by G.Gorinsky
(elgilhooley@aol.com)

– deleted redundancy between d3t05 and d4t01 to make the transition
seamless; the transition is quiet so I didn’t include fade tracks.
– patched in Dire Wolf, On the Road Again and first 5:25 of To Lay Me Down
– patched in beginning of Alabama Getaway as well as Rooster and the
beginning of Chinacat
– redid splices in LLR and Sugar Mag (also included NYE countdown)
– patched in the beginning of Satisfaction
– pitch corrections in SBD went as follows (using CE Pro to synch SBD and
AUD tracks as close as possible, then time/pitch stretch the SBD tracks):
entire acoustic set 99.45%
Alabama to TLEO 98.7%
Chinacat to Deal 98.85%
Sugar Mag to end of show 98.8%
The SBD tape has some wow in it, so it was hard to correct the pitch
exactly; the above time stretches were precise enough to allow smooth
patches, but a lot more work will have to be done if this is ever to be
matrixed properly. Calling Chris Chapelle… 🙂

Patches were done in Cool Edit Pro. All other editing was done in CE 2000
on a clean, unfragmented drive with all nonessential programs shut down.
There are a few minutes of quiet tuning between CDs 1 and 2 that I left
in to preserve continuity. There are also a few minutes of quiet tuning
between Fire and Estimated. (On the AUD it’s loud as hell. :-))

it in.

– Ship of Fools was missing from the SBD source – AUD source
– Lost Sailor splice from 5:17 – 5:24 has 2 pops they were on the

Notes from the original uploader:

Pretty good recording, awesome stuffs. Almost all the songs are not complete, some fades in,
some fades out, some are cut, but it’s just an super jam !

1st generation reel to reel > revox > amplifiers > tascam audio cdrw750 > cd > computer > plex tool professional XL > wav > flac.

Recorded, transfered, & uploaded by 38f on Dime, March 2007.

This comes straight from the John Cipollina’s collection, i personally made a copy of his reel
and his notes….I did not touch the sound or edited anything in the trasfer, you get what
i got in first place.
